"My inspector called out a corner pop on my foundation and recommended I get a second opinion from a foundation engineer. I was on a tight timeline but I called Clint and he was able to quickly determine from the inspectors thorough report what the cause most likely was and that it wasn't a concern(heavy watering on one side of the house vs the other and drainage problems). Another local engineering firm wanted $500 and couldn't come out until the day my option period expired and wouldn't consider looking at the report first. Highly recommend Clint and would use him again."
