"Mr. Clinton Butts is a really fine man who knows his business about slabs/foundations. I have worked with him personally several times over the last couple years. I have found him to be professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and extremely detailed and good at explaining what has happened to the foundation of a home requiring work and explaining what needs to be done to correct the deficiency. He has also told me that 2 slabs did not need work; the numbers were with limits. He is a man you can trust! In my opinion, that says it all!"

"I have used Lake Engineers many times over the years. As a Realtor of over 20 years, I often have buyers get nervous about a slab issue or with shifting of older homes, up to and including my own current home I bought 12 years ago. In every case so far, Lake pronounced each home I called them in for a consult, to be good and sound. There are lots of foundation companies in Central Texas, many of them have disappointed not only me, but other professional Realtors-but results do not lie, and they always do sound studies and get to what the minor issue is and the simplified remedy always makes sense."

"Excellent service on a pier & beam leveling and I enjoyed talking to the owner who is a true engineer and can & checked the job himself after the team was done. He even crawled under there himself! Great work (I looked at it), they did what he said was needed and a fair price."
